Joycelin conducts geospatial research and manages data for the CIECR.
She is currently a PhD student at the University of Toronto in the Department for the Study of Religion and holds an MA in Geography. Her dissertation investigates the intersection of lived religion, embodiment, and environmental precarity among indigenous peoples in the Colca Canyon (Arequipa, Peru). Having previously lived and worked with rural peoples in the Peruvian Amazon, Joycelin is passionate about holistic international development that bridges culture and faith.
