Religious Diaspora Atlas
This is a multi-purpose project involving Canadian census data that provides mapping outputs and reports to stakeholders and researchers interested in the ever-changing Canadian religious landscape. We are interested in mapping immigration, migration, ethnicity, language, cultural origins, and much more with this project. The ultimate goal is to better understand how religious diasporas are distributed across Canada and influence the contemporary Canadian religious landscape.

Relevant Maps and Data Portal
The data collected from the Canadian Census (Statistics Canada) for this project were also combined into geocoded Dissemination Areas (DAs) to display data on our series of downloadable maps. These, alongside the Religious Diaspora Atlas portal (for public and research use) can be accessed via our ‘Mapping’ page.
