Elizabeth Millar, DPT
Research Fellow
Dr. Elizabeth Millar completed her Doctor of Practical Theology at McMaster Divinity College, studying sacred storytelling and the theology within maternal narratives. Her theological interests include corporate prayer, women in Christian history, mothering, and sacred storytelling (testimony). As a spiritual director, storyteller for Vision Ministries Canada (a network of churches with a focus on church planting), and someone who has been involved in church leadership in rural, inner-city, suburban, and small-town contexts, Elizabeth is curious about God’s presence and activity with individuals and congregations. Currently, Elizabeth is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Canadian Institute for Empirical Church Research (Wycliffe College – University of Toronto) and is one of the researchers for the Divine Pulse Project.
